The Hi-Velocity mini duct cooling and heating system
Cooling & Heating Sales Ltd are the sole UK agents for the space-saving Hi-Velocity mini duct heating and cooling system.

Manufactured in Canada since 1983, and designed specifically for deluxe residences, the Hi-Velocity mini duct system is an unobtrusive, energy efficient, cost effective and compact, heating and cooling system.

It is the superb modern alternative to traditional cooling and heating systems. Tens of thousands have been installed worldwide.

Hi-Velocity uses two scientific principles: Bernouli’s Theorem and the Venturi effect to create even temperatures with no draughts or hot or cold spots.

It provides an excellent heating system, with ventilation and air conditioning as an inexpensive extra. Each system is custom designed for your individual requirements.

The Hi-Velocity mini duct system provides full climate and humidity control by integrating fresh air and a cooling circuit. Cooling can be fitted at the time of initial installation or as a retrofit at a later date.

It has options for heating, cooling, fresh air ventilation, air filtration, dehumidification and UV air cleaning. It provides one of the most comfortable environments possible - even temperatures, without draughts or breezes.

The system uses a modular air handler, which is connected to a series of small, flexible ducts. The air is delivered via these discreetly positioned mini ducts, creating a draught free and even temperature.

Up to 100% fresh air ventilation can be introduced into the air handler, either directly or via a heat recovery system. The air handler can be connected to a variety of heat generating sources including existing boilers, inverter driven heat pump condensing units, chilled water heat pumps or ground source heat pumps. The system uses the condensing units to deliver cooling and heating. It eliminates the need for traditional radiators or under floor heating systems.

The running costs of the heat pump condensing units are far more cost effective than traditional gas boilers.
