In this deluxe residence air conditioning was supplied to the first floor bedrooms via a Hi Velocity system positioned in the loft.
Serving the ground floor was more delicate. By stealing a small amount of space in the bedroom above, the 100mm (4”) ducts were bought down to give comfort cooling to the living areas downstairs.
