Induction box and nozzle systems
Cooling & Heating Sales Ltd provide a comprehensive range of induction boxes and nozzles suitable for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in a wide range of environments.They are ideal for commercial and industrial buildings, and areas needing specialist design. Applications include warehousing, distribution centres, supermarkets, exhibition halls, sports arenas, retail stores, manufacturing facilities and pharmaceutical facilities.
Our induction boxes and nozzles have been supplied to many major clients in the UK including Boots, Nestle, Thorntons, British Aerospace, and Rolls Royce, and are covered by UK Patent and Copyright.
The induction boxes provide supply volumes up to five times primary air volumes. They have the facility to adjust the primary nozzle to alter induction rates and to provide free cooling and ventilation, mechanical cooling and heating on the induction ports.
The induction boxes are supplied with double deflection grilles on the outlet with the option for a wide range of discharge outlets. They can be installed behind suspended ceilings with only the supply and return grilles visible.
The induction box and nozzle systems provide very low temperature gradients with high air movement and excellent comfort conditions for the occupants.
The boxes are supplied from small diameter ductwork with compact plant providing savings against conventional ducted distribution systems.
Each induction box provides air movement within its own location, eliminating the need for return ductwork to the air-handling unit.
